In order to diagnose some FairCom database errors you may need to enable additional logging.
Please follow these steps:
C:\Windows\System32\odbcad32.exeOr if you are running 64-bit Windows:
C:\Windows\SysWow64\odbcad32.exe
OffiSignInEclipseif it exists or
ECLIPSEif it does not
Options>>button to expand the dialog
c-tree Plus Debug
Start Tracing Now
C:\ProgramData\OffiSign-In\DSN\ctodbc.logor if on Windows XP:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\OffiSign-In\DSN\ctodbc.log
c-tree Plus Debugand to click
Stop Tracing Now
