Collecting Logs

To find log files to send to OffiSign-In support, please follow these steps:

1. Close OffiSign-In
   
   
2. Start -> Programs -> OffiSign-In -> Change Settings -> Show Logs
   
   
3. Attach the latest two or three logs to an e-mail
