Setup Failure: Configuring Eclipse database to be read/write

This error occurs when the Eclipse connection is configured correctly but the Eclipse database has not yet been configured to allow OffiSign-In to update it.

Please follow these steps to manually configure it:

  1. Close OffiSign-In

  2. Close all copies of Eclipse on all computers

  3. From the machine where OffiSign-In is installed, run the following command from Start -> Run:
    "X:\Path\To\MPN\Eclipse32.exe" newdoda_rw
If you are unsure of your Eclipse path, right click on your Eclipse shortcut and click "Properties" and see what is listed as "Target"

  4. Eclipse will open and show a number of dialog boxes that read like the following:
Successfully updated file "Patient.dat" for ODBC
Please click OK through all of them and note if there are any failures.

  5. If there were any failures, please contact Eclipse technical support for help

  6. If all of the steps succeeded, close Eclipse

  7. You should be all set! Start OffiSign-In and you'll be good to go!

If you have any remaining problems after running these steps, please contact OffiSign-In support
